The Digi-Coders Program

The Digi-Coders program is designed for children from the ages of 5 to 10 and includes an introduction to computer programming using SCRATCH.

Scratch is a programming tool that was developed by MIT to teach children the fundamentals of programming through an easy accessible interactive way that incorporates pseudocode which is interpreted into actual programming syntax.

With Scratch, you can program your own interactive stories, games, and animations — and share your creations with others in the online community.

Scratch helps young people learn to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively — essential skills for life in the 21st century.

Scratch is a project of the Lifelong Kindergarten Group-
