• The purpose of this program is to increase self confidence and resiliency skills, to build self efficacy and provide agency through skills that allow youth to participate in the digital economy. The program:
• provides youth with an exposure to technology and the vast landscape of digital career paths
• demystifies technology and makes it accessible
• provides immersion programs that allow youth to be a part of digital product lifecycle from ideation to the realization of an actual product 
• provides youth with training that prepares them for immediate entry level roles
